Refund Policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Before sending an item, email DevantiDirectUS@devantidirectus.top with your order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit, defective on arrival, or different from the item ordered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return resulted from our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, keep the item and all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized or custom products, products that have been installed or materially used, and items returned incomplete or damaged after delivery may not be returnable, except where required by law. Contact us before returning large or heavy appliances.

Refunds

We will inspect authorized returns and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment has begun.
