Are the products configured for use in the United States?

Available electrical products are listed with their applicable U.S. voltage, frequency, and plug information. Review the Specifications and U.S. Model Configuration sections on the product page before ordering.

Where do orders ship from?

Inventory is fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse. We do not wait for international fulfillment before dispatching domestic orders.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for most contiguous U.S. addresses after order processing. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier delays, remote destinations, large or heavy products, and address issues can add time.

Do Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, and remote areas have the same delivery estimate?

We currently offer free shipping only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or destinations outside this service area.

How are large or heavy-item returns handled?

Contact us before arranging a return. Keep the original packaging so we can provide the correct return routing and handling instructions. Eligibility and refund terms are governed by our current Refund Policy.
